FUNDSIGNAL OS • LEGAL GOVERNANCE, PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE
Effective Date: November 4, 2026 • Governing institutional participation, merchant PII redaction, Exclusive & Shared inventory licenses, Stripe settlement, and TCPA origination standards on FundSignal OS.
FundSignal OS operates a B2B commercial funding application marketplace. Buyers acquire either an Exclusive License (sold to 1 buyer only, max_buyers = 1) or a Shared License (sold up to the configured cap, max_buyers = 3). Buyers agree not to resell, broker, or redistribute unlocked merchant dossiers outside their registered underwriting desk.
Sensitive merchant identifiers—including Legal Business Name, DBA, Federal EIN, Owner Full Name, Direct Phone, Email Address, and Street Address—are stored exclusively in the protected applications table. Public and unpurchased views read only from application_inventory. Merchant PII is released solely after server-side Stripe payment verification.
Lead Providers warrant that every submitted application represents a genuine commercial funding inquiry with verifiable merchant consent, accurate revenue representations, and zero unauthorized re-brokering. All provider uploads remain in a non-public pending queue until approved by a FundSignal OS administrator.
All marketplace purchases settle in USD via Stripe Checkout. If an unlocked application has a disconnected phone number, invalid contact information, or materially misstated underwriting metrics, buyers may submit a Replacement Request within 72 hours for administrative review, replacement credit, or a server-executed Stripe refund.
